We, at Clinic Psychology Manitoba are a group of psychologists in Winnipeg, dedicated to work with clients in improving their mental health. We specialize in evidence-based treatment strategies that primarily include cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), and mindfulness based approaches.

CBT addresses the entire aspect of human experience including a person’s feelings, thoughts and cognitions, and their related behaviours and actions. It helps us challenge negative thinking patterns, that allows us to change behaviours, which ultimately improves our feelings, experiences and emotions. CBT is a scientifically validated treatment, with over 40 years of dedicated research and practice.

Your first meeting with one of our psychologists will be a clinical assessment. This will be followed by sessions in which CBT techniques will be applied and tailored to suit your needs.

In the same way that we pay attention to our physical health, we must also prioritize our mental health.
